Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP IS Retail Senior Consultant with strong functional expertise in retail processes and SAP S/4HANA. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementations, supporting business transformation initiatives, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with retail industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP IS Retail implementations and support projects.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand retail processes such as merchandising, pricing, promotions, assortment planning, and store operations.
Configure and customize SAP IS Retail modules including:
Article Master
Assortment Management
Pricing & Promotions
Listing & Layout Management
Integrate SAP IS Retail with other modules like MM, SD, and FI.
Drive requirement gathering workshops and prepare functional specifications.
Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years in SAP IS Retail.
Strong knowledge of retail business processes and SAP best practices.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations.
Experience with integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, FI).
Good understanding of IDocs, interfaces, and data migration tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
