Job Responsibilities:
Conduct or Assist CRP and Elaboration sessionsDevelop Oracle Retail Merchandising project of any complexityDesign, Estimate and build specifications to meet business objectives.Provide solution leadership to a diverse team in assessing and recommending the optimal solutions.Assess impacts of system changes and ensure effective delivery of application functionality and integration.Co-ordinate with PM and onshore DM or client to carry out day-to-day operations of the projectAbility to lead the team of 5-6 technical consultants, provide the guidance as applicable.Must be able to independently manage simultaneous projects, communicate effectively, and have a customer-service oriented approach.
Educational Qualification:
B.E / B. Tech / M. C. A./ M. S./ M. Tech
Experience:
10+ years of experienceBE/MCA/BTech with functional domain knowledge of 6+ yrs of experienceExperience in 2-3 full cycle Oracle Retail MoM applications implementation is a MUSTDeep technical understanding of RMS/ReSA/RPM/ReIM/RIB architecture and business processesExpertise in integration and understanding of RWMS/OMS/Xstore/OROB modules is MUSTStrong hands-on experience in Forms, Pro*C, Data, Batch processes, PL/SQL is MUST, web services and ADF is good to haveExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent presentations skillsShould be self-starter and work independentlyAble to cope up with tight deadlinesOthers
Participate and contribute in a cross-functional team environmentArticulate technical concepts to the business and technical communityWork with other teamsCollaborate across teams where there are dependencies
