Experience Requirements
4 – 9 years of strong functional support experience in Oracle Fusion (ERP) Cloud Financials
Some understanding or experience with Oracle EPM – FCCS and ARCS
Experience in SOX, compliance, and audit processes
Experience working with global customers and onsite/offshore coordination (preferred)
Functional Expertise
Strong functional depth in the following modules:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
General Ledger (GL)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Project Financials
Good understanding of subledger accounting and period close processes
Deep understanding of how each module works and finance processes
Technical & Configuration Skills
Ability to design and configure financial setups aligned to business requirements
Understanding of Oracle Logical Data Modeling for reports
Troubleshooting capabilities within Oracle Fusion – eg accounting issues etc.
Proficiency in searching and utilizing Oracle Knowledge Base
Administrator & Soft Skills
Experience from an administrator perspective rather than user perspective
Ability to work effectively with end users
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management abilities

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud Financials.
Configure and support core Finance modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, Project
Drive UAT, regression testing, and production cutover activities.
Provide post-production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of SRs.
Participate in solution workshops, design reviews, and customer presentations.
Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation methodologies and quality standards.
