Job description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Technical Consultant with 13+ years of experience delivering Oracle Retail implementations, integrations, upgrades, and cloud transformation projects across Oracle Retail versions 13 through Oracle Retail Cloud v26.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in MFCS, RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RIB, and Oracle Retail Cloud v26, along with hands-on experience in PL/SQL, REST APIs, XML integrations, data migration, custom development, testing, deployment, and production support to deliver scalable, business-aligned retail technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and support Oracle Retail applications, integrations, and custom solutions.
Perform technical analysis, solution design, and prepare detailed technical documentation.
Design and implement REST/XML-based integrations between Oracle Retail and external systems.
Support Oracle Retail Cloud v26 implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Execute data migration, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, database objects, and batch processes.
Support SIT, UAT, performance testing, defect analysis, and production deployment.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis (RCA) with resolutions.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, functional consultants, business users, and integration teams.
Participate in cutover planning, release management, post-production support, and hypercare activities.
Implement Oracle Retail best practices and support cloud migration initiatives.
