**About the Role**
Samay Consulting is hiring an Oracle Retail Integration Lead for a production support engagement — keeping the integration layer across the Oracle Retail Cloud stack stable, monitored, and fast to recover when things go sideways. This is a run-the-business role, not a greenfield build.
**What You'll Own**
- L2/L3 support for integration failures across MFCS, PCS, SIOCS, Xstore, WMS
- OIC flow monitoring — CrossTalk jobs, Marketplace adapters, retry/hospital-queue triage
- Batch job failure diagnosis (schedule misses, payload errors, downstream sync gaps)
- Root cause analysis and permanent fixes — not just restart-and-pray
- Incident response ownership: triage → diagnose → resolve → RCA documentation
- SLA tracking and reporting for integration uptime/error rates
- Runbook maintenance and knowledge transfer to L1 support
- On-call rotation leadership (define, not just participate in)
**Must-Haves**
- 8–10 years in Oracle Retail, with meaningful time in a live support/AMS capacity (not only implementation)
- Deep familiarity with OIC error handling, retry patterns, and hospital-retry queues
- Comfortable reading integration logs and payloads to isolate root cause fast, under pressure
- Experience with legacy RIB/BDI/RFI interfaces still running in brownfield environments
- Strong incident communication — can explain a P1 to a non-technical stakeholder calmly
**Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience owning SLAs/KPIs for a support desk, not just working tickets
- SIOCS/Xstore real-time sync troubleshooting background
- Prior AMS or managed services engagement experience
