Job description
In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
⦁ Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
⦁ Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
⦁ Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
⦁ Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Retail Cloud applications.
• Experience in Oracle Industry Solutions, Retail Merchandise
• Experience owning MFCS solution architecture, including requirement gathering, fit–gap, CRP facilitation, and solution design with L1/L2/L3 process flows.
• Experience in MFCS data model (items, suppliers, POs, deals/costs/pricing, inventory, reference data) and functional configuration.
• Experience in designing extensions, integrations (RICS), and data migration strategies (RMS → MFCS / legacy → MFCS) with robust data quality and reconciliation.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud, Retail Cloud.
• Experience in UAT, drive defect resolution, and orchestrate cutover and transition to steady state.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience with RMS to MFCS migrations, brownfield coexistence models, and parallel run/reconciliation approaches.
• Experience delivering programs that include Oracle ERP (Finance) alongside Oracle Retail Merchandising.
• Experience in multi-vendor, distributed teams; ability to run architecture reviews, design councils, risk assessments, and CAB processes.
• Ability to communicate complex architecture to business, functional, and engineering stakeholders and operate effectively in a global delivery environment.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
